1. What Nightly Hoops is

Nightly Hoops publishes AI-generated statistical projections, picks, and graded results for NBA and WNBA player props. The service is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is not betting, financial, or investment advice. See our full disclaimer.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

Projections are model estimates, not predictions of fact. No result is guaranteed, and past performance or posted track records do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

3. Eligibility & responsible play

You must be of legal age to use any third-party wagering service (21+ in most U.S. states; the legal age varies by location), and you are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Some content may be offered to subscribers for a recurring fee. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you may cancel at any time through your account's billing portal, and access continues through the end of the current paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute the content in bulk, or to attempt to circumvent any access controls. We may suspend access for misuse.
